Update 1/31/2012: On January 31, 2012, Mitchell Proner announced the details of a $460 million lawsuit filed on behalf of six of the passengers who were aboard the Costa Concordia when it ran aground.
In the case of the Costa Concordia accident, attorney Mitchell Proner has stated his intention to seek at least $160,000 on behalf of each of the passengers aboard the ship at the time of the wreck.
